If PR (the minimum) is equal to 100, the filter will slash the total possible combinations in half THREE TIMES OVER. That is, slash in half once, then twice, then thrice. So, 1000 slashed once in half is 500, one more slashing gives 250 pick 3 combinations, and the third slashing gives 125. Theoretically, that’s the power rating of PR=100. Conversely, the same is true if you select MAX-PR = 10 (approximately 33 divided by 3). Theoretically, MAX-PR = 10 leaves 125 lottery combinations to play.
