: Some may think they forced my hand. Some may even think they are skillful at manipulating me. I wanted to do it before, but there was no lottery software tutorial (and still there is none!). Indeed, the lottery strategy selection was badly missing. Now, you got it: STRAT3.EXE strategy checking for lottery software!
You can use it, even play with it, without asking me a single question! I can only give you a tip. In the W3 files, look at the median values of the lottery filters. For example, PR has a median of 33 (or 34). If you multiply that by 3, you get something like 100. If PR (the minimum) is equal to 100, the filter will slash the total possible lottery combinations in half THREE TIMES OVER. That is, slash in half once, then twice, then thrice. So, 1000 slashed once in half is 500, one more slashing gives 250, and the third slashing gives 125. Theoretically, that’s the power rating of PR=100. Conversely, the same is true if you select MAX-PR = 10 (approximately 33 divided by 3). Theoretically, MAX-PR = 10 leaves 125 lottery combinations to play.
I haven’t been asked questions on using this lottery program. You shouldn’t, either. I only feel some think “Why is this id. making it public?”.
: Remember when you win you owe me…
: Best of luck!

Hi Ion
If I ever hit the big one consider yourself a millionaire. I promise but I'm not a pro. Just dabble a little.
Thanks.

If the page content is of interest to you, copy-and-paste to that lottery page of yours: SaliuLottery.txt or something similar. Copy as much as you can in that text file. By editing that page in your own words will result in a very effective lottery manual.
